Parts that sit at the cut edge
The work starts with the parts that live closest to the arc and the sheet. We supply fibre laser cutting heads, single and double layer nozzles, focus lenses, collimator lenses, protective windows and ceramic rings for cutting machines used on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Each part has a job in keeping the beam stable, the cut edge cleaner and the head protected from splashback and dust.
Our stock covers the small items that wear fast as well as the optics that need careful handling. A nozzle that is out of centre, a window with spatter on it or a lens with a film on the face will show up quickly in the cut. That is where proper inspection matters, not guesswork.
- Fibre laser cutting heads for sheet-metal work
- Single layer and double layer nozzles
- Focus lenses and collimator lenses
- Protective windows for beam protection
- Ceramic rings for head assembly and insulation
The cut quality checks that keep a machine honest
Clean cutting depends on the beam path, the focus point and the gas stream all lining up at the same time. A correct focus setting can make the difference between a sharp edge and a rough one, while nozzle centring affects the gas flow around the cut. Capacitive height sensing also needs the right reading or the head can ride too high or too close to the sheet.
We look at the wear points that matter in daily production. That includes lens contamination, ceramic ring damage, seal condition, gas path restriction and the condition of the protective window. On jobs that run thick plate or fine detail parts, small faults show up fast in the scrap bin.

Bench service for heads that need careful hands
Some cutting heads need more than a part swap. Our bench service covers stripping, inspection and reassembly of heads that have drifted out of alignment, taken a crash or started cutting unevenly. We clean optical parts, check seals, replace ceramic rings where needed and set the head up so it is ready for the next run.
Bench work suits faults that call for clean tables, steady lighting and proper tools. It also helps when a head has been running in a dusty shop, or where fine stainless work has left residue on the window and lens path. The aim is to return the head with the alignment checked and the wear points sorted, not patched over.
- Head seal rebuild
- Crash damage inspection
- Spare head preparation
- Protective window replacement
- Lens cleaning and inspection
